Holiday Art Show at the Pine Hill Community Center

Picture
Picture

The First Annual Holiday Art Show was installed Thanksgiving Weekend, just in time for this year's Chili Festival and the Annual Craft Fair, to be held December 1 at the Pine Hill Community Center. The show will remain up through the end of the year.

Ann Epner, Coordinator Emeritus of the Community Center and our dear neighbor and friend, is off in NYC, but is with everyone in spirit. We send her our love.

Pine Hill Community Center celebrated Thanksgiving this year with a Community
Pot Luck dinner held on
November 17.
A true-life

317 was once the hamlet center, with the post office
and general store, a hardware-and-paint store.
In the 1930's it became a vegetable store; after that,
'Frieda's' or 'the old liquor store.'
In 1956, after a truck lost its brakes and crashed into
the front of the building, the front porch disappeared
and the Bonnieview shed was added.
